Returning

You have the right to return your purchase to us within 14 days. To handle returns, it is important that you contact our sales department via sales@altradfort.nl

We would like to receive the order number with which the item was ordered and your address details for verification, preferably together with the reason for your return. You will then receive an email from us with return instructions.

If an item is delivered defective or incomplete, we will be happy to send you a replacement. If you wish to receive your money back, we will initiate this after receiving the returned item and checking the condition in which we receive it from you.
